What is fawn and black, 3 years of age and loves to give kisses? Well, it’s “Smooch” of course! Smooch is the beloved Pug of our veterinary assistant Stephanie. Named after her steadfast desire to give kisses, Smooch was selected to be a part of Stephanie’s family because she was so ugly she was irresistibly cute.

One of “Smooches” crutches is that she loves to eat ANYTHING and EVERYTHING! Amongst the anything and everything she loves to dine on are two of her favorite dishes, green beans and squash…yummm…

In her spare time Smooch participates in Agility and balances out the expended energy with a heavy dosing of napping. Some of her greatest accomplishments include passing her CGC (Canine Good Citizenship) test and overcoming the infamous weave poles at her agility class.

Now, the next time you visit Parkway Veterinary Clinic on Groesbeck, do not be scared if you hear a muffled snort and howl from behind the desk. It just might be Miss Smooch hard at work, ready and waiting to give you kisses!
