We certainly hope your pet's bloodwork will all come back within normal limits.  This still provides us wih a lot of information, as it gives us a baseline of your pet's "normal" to compare to, should they become ill at a later date.  However, just in the past couple months we have picked up cases of early kidney disease, chronic hepatitis, and an immune-mediated isease from these profiles, before the patient was shopwing any clinical signs of these life-threatning diseases.  Early detection can help us start treatment before the disease is too far advanced.
