Client Ambassadors
The Client Ambassador is the first contact a client has when they enter or contact the clinic. We are looking for happy, positive people who love customer interaction. Responsibilities include answering the phone, setting appointments, collecting patient history, maintaining a clean lobby, and filling inventory. Both Full-time and Part-time positions are available.

Veterinary Assistants
Veterinary Assistants care for animals under the supervision of a veterinarian or a veterinary technician. VA's can perform lab work, such as drawing blood and collecting urine samples. They are also responsible for restraining animals during exams and treatment, setting up and cleaning the surgical suite, providing radiology assistance, and preparing instruments for procedures. Both Full-time and Part-time positions are available.

Licensed Veterinary Technicians
We cannot do our job without you! Looking for LVT's that want to make a difference every day, in the health and well-being of our animal companions. Must be licensed in the State of Michigan. LVTs use medical knowledge and clinical skills to provide routine and emergency nursing care under the direction of a veterinarian.

Veterinary Support Team Member

If you have a passion for animals and learning, then we need you!

This position would help with our hospital and the animals that come for help. This would include keeping the kennels spotless, assisting in caring for the animals pre and post-procedure. This position could also help with cleaning in the hospital- sweeping, mopping, etc. This is a great opportunity for anyone who is considering a career in veterinary medicine to see what the clinic is like from behind the scenes.

DAILY DUTIES:

• Maintaining a clean and odor free Kennel


• Acting as the extra eyes, ears and hands for the Veterinarian to ensure the best quality pet care and to maximize the Veterinarian’s productivity.


• Provide professional, efficient, and exceptional service at all times


• Ensuring that pets are comfortable in the hospital


• Perform other duties as assigned
